Career Mode Crash PS4 / Error code (CE-34878-0)

I have just bought fc24 around a week ago on ps4 and haven't been able to enjoy the the game because everytime I'm on the third season of career mode it always crashes. I have tried every single solu...

PS4 here and the same problem when starting the first season! I didnt have it before but after the last update this occurred. For me after the error code is suggested that I should update the application or the system but they both are with latets updates. I hate this, career mode is the only reason for me to play this game!

    Found a area that if you remove the created player to reserves just before you submit a new season it should work 

    Try it let me know
