CAREER MODE DRILLS NOT WORKING

In career mode, the drills I select won't let me do anything when I try to run the drill. My guy just stands over the ball and won't move. I tried resetting the drill but still the same thing happens. I wind up with an F, and then the coach is mad and I don't get the exp. Any ideas on how to fix this?
