Career Mode form is Broken

I feel like this is going to sound crazy but I want to know if anyone is experiencing this.

The game obviously has form that way if your on a winning streak it's easier to winning and if your losing your more likely to keep losing like real teams. The problem is I'm on a losing streak and I can't break and I mean at all. My players are missing every second pass and when I finally get on goal I hit the post. I can't work out any way to break the form, I've changed players, formations, tactics nothings working.

To add perspective to show that I don't just suck at the game I won the treble in my first season of the career and now am just getting belted constantly. Haven't upped the difficulty. 

Anyone else experience this? Or have any tips to break the form?
