Career Mode gamebraker bug since September!!!!!!!!

I got a team promoted thats objective was to finish mid table. They sacked me at the end of that season. They first told me that it was not the best season and then sacked me following the email that says they are willing to give me more time. I did not play a game between the email and them sacking me.

There’s another person having the same issue that posted a petition to show there’s enough people with the same issue. It would help if you guys signed it.
