Can we please increase the length of career mode to minimum 20-25 years on EA FC 24? If you start at 17 you should at least be able to make it to 37 for example in player career, the fact we have to ask for this to be a thing is bizarre

career length needs to improve, but that's not all
after a few years of career you find yourself with all the roses busted teams that have only 4 defenders in their squad or 4 midfielders the biggest mistake is the young people who are all released
I really hope this is addressed.
Please, please, fix this. I wanna build a team up, rely on youth development and stuff. If i scout a player 5 years into my save, they will not even have reached peak performance when the current save length (15 seasons) is over.
I usually go 7-9 seasons in, when I start a save in CM. So 15 is enough for me, having never hit that barrier. I certainly wouldn't mind them increasing the possible length, but it wouldn't change much for me personally, which is why I would prefer other things to be addressed first. This should be an easy fix though.
Would love to see this. Historically (PS3/360/PS4/X1 generations) we were always told the consoles couldn't handle it but surely that can't be the case now.
This has been asked for year after year, its possible by modding/memory editing the game on PC.
It gives me the impression they don't care for this mode...
