I have this issue with my whole squad not recovering fitness.....even changing training to all out energy. They just start the next match with like 60% fitness... Even rotating the squad doesn't fix it because of subs coming on in the matches. It's just ridiculous.
I've never been big on football games but thought I'd give it a try.
Seems like EA don't care once the game is out as this seems to be a 2yr old bug. At least I got the game free with an EA account rather then having to pay for it.
