CAREER MODE PLAYER MORALE
I play my striker almost every match, because i have to rotate the squad. But then after I dont play him for 2 matches, he says that he wants to leave and start a new career. This is very annoying, i lost my main striker because of this
I'm finding this issue as well. Playing championship level with carabao and FA cup matches and if I drop a starter from the lineup to rotate they go nuts. Even prospects or players who are signed to play "sporadic" are unhappy because they don't play every game. Add in, every player wants a new contract every six months or a year...the players are never happen.
This should be fixed to reflect the player's status. Crucial starts every game unless fatigued, important may start and likely comes off the bench, rotation rarely starts, may come off the bench, might make the 18, sporadic may make the 18, prospect may make the 18...
This was not really an issue under prior game names...
