career mode suggestion stop - sacking mode

basically what i mean is there should be a game mode which you can play career mode but you are not able to be sacked especially for silly reason like not signing 3 asian players. i hope this goes in consideration as the quality of life would be insane. and everyone across the ea community will love it!
