Journal entry 1 "The Right to Dream"

Not the way I planned my summer to go. After being an assistant at Tottenham for the last two seasons, I thought I would have a position under the new manager. Instead, I was released with the rest of the staff and am now trying to start over.
My goal is to become a manager myself. This summer has been a challenge, after applying for positions at Barrow, Gillingham, Morecambe, Forest Green and Portsmouth, I have decided to go out of country.
Half of league 2 rejected me in England but I have been told there are a few possibilities in Denmark. I am not familiar with the Danish league but football is football. If I can find a club that will take a chance, I know I will be successful.
But who will it be?
Hints for readers: very young squad, in Denmark, kit color and stadium name in this post above...

Intriguing, indeed. Very interesting! Now, I'm not sure if I'm meant to reveal your club, or if it's meant to be a mystery a little longer. But that's a brilliant choice, always an agent for positive attacking football and developing young talents. Both of Danish origin, but also a lot coming from especially African nations.
They've also made a number of great sales, matching FC København and FC Midtjylland in this regard. They don't match their results though, but they also sell every youngster with potential and always seem to find a way to replace him with another bright upcoming star. I'm looking very much forward to see where this is going.

es, please reveal! I want to make sure I have the correct hints lol.. I thought you might get it but I literally know nothing about this league or teams so I might make mistakes.
They are very young, that is one of the reasons I picked them.
