Cheaters - 99 rated team all stats 255

Got to playoffs for elite Division and immediately come up against PC cheats, all players on their team were 99 overall and stats of 255. Insane speed couldn't do anything against them. Why is there no ability to report cheaters? Why is this even possible?

    I faced a team cheating with this last night.
    Club Name: xVA 91

    Looking at their player ratings from the game menu -> Performance feature you can see every player is 99 rated.
    Their current club record is 199 Wins, 1 Loss.

    Their club should be deleted before this seasons play offs begin.
