Closing the game in career transfer. THIS ERROR IS ONLY IN PREMIER LEAGUE

While I want to be transferred to the Premier League, I am constantly being kicked out of the game and sent to the desktop in the first season while negotiating for the transfer of a player from the Premier League.

I don't know, maybe the problem is not in the Premier League. But it only happens when players transfer from there and want to be transferred there. So I deleted and reinstalled the game twice. Even though I have verified it many times, it has downloaded 3 incorrect files and uploaded them again, but this error continues for 1 month.

I also created 4 players in this career game. The ratings of all 4 players increased by 7-8 in one year. When I started the new season, all 4 of the players I created dropped to 69, their faces, hair and beards disappeared. Their positions have changed. In short, the players I created were deleted.
