Club rep 9. CDM AI are not 88 overall.

Me and my team have labored to make our club a level 9 reputation with a 334-136-375 record. We are definitely not the best but we played the game enough to make the team World Renowned. 

To my surprise not all of the AI are fully level 88. What is the reason for this? 

I don’t see anyone else have this problem, I have looked everywhere for answers. I see people frustrated with the new AI system, no one with the similar issues.  

I would like to know why just our CDM AI are not fully 88 overall? 

What’s the point of playing the game to have better AI if not all of the team will be the same level. It hasn’t happened in the past as we progressed through the reputation levels 80, 84, and 86 the AI have all been the same levels. It may not seem like a big deal but it’s frustrating to see the work not be paid off.
