Clubs - stuck on Matchmaking and Settings

Hi,

I recently loaded up clubs and received the message that my club name has been reset. However I am unable to change it. It takes me to menu to input a new name and after doing this it gives me the error "failed to save club settings". It then gets stuck in an endless loop taking me back to choosing a new name. I've reinstalled the game, deleted my profile settings and still can't get passed this.

Does anyone know a solution to this?
