I don`t understand why the game does not let us choose boots or hairstyles in clubs mode that can be used in career mode. There are few customizations in clubs mode despite the career mode having lots of them. These features already exist in the game, so please let us use every hair and boot in clubs mode too.

I had to open up my notes on my iphone just so i can find the passwords sections so i can log in to damn website and log this bug that has been in your game for sooo many months!!

When i go on to that crap game mode you call Volta (that nobody plays) to unlock some new customisation for my pro club player.
After getting some decent new beards and hairstyles and durags or whatever. (Sometimes with my volta coins i got from in game play and sometimes with some coin i have been given for being a returning player)
I have noticed that unlocking and equipping some of these new cosmetic items are pointless because after i play one game-EVERYTHING RESETS. Literallly. All my customisation is gone. Like come on EA. after how many updates and you still cannot fix this. I don't usually like moaning but this is just in-excusable now.
EA!! EA !! EA!! PLEASE PLEASE TEST YOUR GAME/NEW UPDATES!!
That is the minimum your community deserves if indeed you care about them. Some people would have probably paid real money to unlock some of these customisation.
It is therefore not fair and its actually illegal that you are not addressing and fixing this problem IMMEDIATELY. (I Will post some pics below of when i customised my player and then another pic to show what happens after i have played one game. My character just resets and some of the new customisation are off.)
Please correct this. Like i said, some people would have paid real money to get some of these customisation and its unfair that they cannot play with what they paid for just because you guys cannot fix the problem/ not bothered enought to fix it.

Every time i change my character's look it doesn't change after the game and im back to normal? How do i fix this?
I have a problem where whenever I buy new cosmetics in the volta store like a new beard or hairstyle or glasses, when I put it on pro clubs, it lets me wear it for one game and then it takes off my player, making him bald after every single game. It is really annoying as I have to re-customize my player manually after every single game. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but that still doesn't fix the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Every time i use the new hair and football boots from volta in pro clubs it works for one game than it glitches off and when i go to check my inventory its not there. But when i back out of pro clubs and go back its there in my inventory and it happens all again.
