Clubs win didn’t count

This happen on the PS5 version of eafc24. We got disconnected from a game after we had won it proof from the video attached I would like you to give us our win for this as it was our last win needed for promotion as we accidentally loaded in as centre back and left back and managed to win the game but we got disconnected so it was pointless of us playing the game. So ea it would be lovely if you gave us our win and promoted us for the work we did.
