I agree that Spurs should have taken all three points but with the number of players we have missing, I was hoping for at least a point going in so I can't be too disappointed. Our bench was two gk's, a few defenders and then all academy guys who have not played yet.
I have no idea what ETH is doing. I thought he would turn the club around and I know it takes time but the improvements are barely noticable. I'm sure there is more behind the scenes making it difficult and it is not all on him but as someone who used to dread playing United, I can tell you that feeling is truly gone. Now I looked forward to the games thinking it is a good chance for a result against a top side.
For Spurs, I still can't believe this season. After Jose, Nuno, and Conte sucking the fight out of the club, this year is hard to believe. We have played without our best XI or best players for most of the year but keep fighting in every match. I can't wait to see what Ange does with a full squad.

Ten Hag is partly coming unstuck with his signings. They simply aren't the right players for United, in my opinion. I think his transfer business gets him off on the wrong foot with the likes of Ratcliffe and Brailsford, and the rest of it probably doesn't help after that.
The problem with Spurs is that I think Ange is far too gung-ho, and I believe that's where they are going to come unstuck. Having said that, I'd rather watch Spurs playing like that, than United playing as we do (if 'playing' is a word that can describe what I'm seeing at the moment)...

It does seem like ETH only likes players he has some type of history with. I saw links of United going for Benzema who I don't think ETH has history with but imo he's not a good choice either. You do you need a older striker with no PL experience coming in at this point.
I think Ange might go to the 3 at the back style he has previously used. Still attacking of course but with the new CB we signed and the rumors of Ange telling him he will have regular football it makes me think the 3 atb could be coming.
