I've had this as well and likewise just ensure they play a few more games and usually all is A OK, but I've had this every season so far and it's always a key player. I see nothing wrong with morale then out of nowhere they wanna leave because they being held back due to lack of game time or something like that and every time it's a first team regular current player has played 14 out of 15 league games, previous season player had missed 2 or 3 out of 20. Also each time it was after our previous discussion or something along those lines, yet I hadn't had any messages from player regarding contracts or game time etc.

Another issue I've been having, even tho form is up and down I've always been above board objectives etc, but multiple times a season I get the message from captain saying he needs to speak because they feel club is going nowhere and not achieving targets. I know this usually just sorts itself out, but it's annoying especially has even when I was top of the league in The Championship I was getting these messages
