@JustinCase0110I now have the same issue as you did a while ago, about being able to reply, except 'Quick Reply'..., any insights on how you solved the issue? I tried cleaning caches and cookies but to no avail.
Only have this weird workaround: post a quick reply, then edit that reply to arrive in the normal repl-window (where one can insert pics and vids)

It's really annoying, but no, I don't know how to fix it. It just happens sometimes, lasts a day or two, then usually goes away again by itself. Or maybe by the hands of the people in charge of the forum. Can't take any credit myself for restoring things back to normal.
