    Yes, absolutely. I have quickly gone from being in no rush to force the promotion to soon to now really wanting it as soon as possible. The last two transfer windows have been disappointing in terms of not being able to sign 80-90% of the players on my shortlist. And these players just grow, becoming more expensive and perhaps out of reach, before I get the chance to sign any of them. The downside of wanting a slow climb, I suppose...

    You'll find that, in the Championship, no player is 'unwilling to move'. Or, at least, hardly any.
    It's one of those cliffe edge things.
    Been there so many times in the past.

    Yeah, this is what I hope, and I think I've used your experiences on the matter as a testament of that. Now I'm eager to get that promotion ASAP, because you've said this a few times. So now it better be the case 😉
