Hewitt looks like a really promising player. In a good league position, you really need to hold onto top 2 this year and avoid another playoff heartbreak.

Yes, I had a rocky start to the season, but lately I've found a league position, where I need to seal that automatic promotion. I was happy to avoid the promotion in my first Championship season, as I don't want my rise to be too rapid with three consecutive promotions. But losing the Playoff final last season was a disappointment, and I see it as a huge goal to remain in the top 2 and avoid the Playoffs this season.
Hewitt is good on paper, not cutting it as a starter just yet, but with the potential to become one. I also like his player traits. In the games he hasn't impressed me too much yet though, coming off a bit slow and getting tired too quickly. Perhaps he'll improve, as I get more used to him.

Tough FA Cup draw but a semi-final against Liverpool is a history day for the Hatters. The defense will be tested at Wembley but if you knock out Liverpool, the final is there for the taking.

Absolutely. Had I got Bournemouth in the semi final, I would probably have expected me to beat them and get in the final myself. But Liverpool - and Aston Villa too, reaching the Round of 16 in the Champions League this season - are probably a bit too far ahead.

Finally promotion! Tough Liverpool loss but expected. The team was not embarrassed at Wembley.
I'm excited to see how this team does in the Premier League. It will be a challenge next season for sure but that will make it fun.

Thanks friend. Yes, we're going up to play the big boys. I haven't always had an easy time against Prem teams in the cups, so I do anticipate a heavy challenge ahead...

Great start to the season. The fixtures have been kind, avoiding the upper half teams as you settle into the league.
I like the transfer business. It seems like promoted clubs go a little crazy in windows to try preparing for the upper league and they lose their identity.
Sticking with what got you promoted is a smart choice.

At least it's an approach I've always liked. A great reward for the players who won the promotion, in stead of buying 40 new ones like Nottingham Forest did.
2 wins in the first 3 league games was quite a bit above expectation. Now I've played a bit further in, it's safe to say that this good form hasn't exactly continued.

The results are back to reality now but I honestly think fans would be happy with this. The losses to the big clubs are competitive games and even some draws mixed in.
The defense is holding up, Villa, Liverpool, United, and Spurs were all held in check. Very good sign that the club will stay up this season.
I'm predicting a cup win and six points from the next round of games.

Yes, having already played Liverpool, City, Villa (in the CL), United and Spurs, I really can't complain about the current amount of points, drawing against two of them. But it seems like a gap is building from my last win to my next one. Maybe you're right about the upcoming games. Can't expect too much from Arsenal, but Norwich and Palace should be beatable, the latter having just been promoted too.
