Custom Tactical Vision Resets Players Attribute Boosts When You Leave Career

The new tactical visions (gegenpress, wing play, tiki taka...) can boost player attributes based upon the coach's knowledge level and player sharpness. When you change a locked tactic in a tactical vision, the game automatically changes your tactical vision to custom. For example, while playing gegenpress 'defensive style' is locked to 'press after possession loss'; if you change this to something else, the tactical vision changes from gegenpress to custom. When the game makes this tactical vision change to custom, it punishes your coach's tactical vision knowledge by one level. For example, a coach that has expert knowledge of the gegenpress tactical vision becomes only accomplished when you switch from gegenpress to custom tactical vision. When the coach becomes accomplished, your players still do get attribute boosts provided that they have relatively high sharpness. One of the attached pictures shows players with +5 and +6 to their overalls; this is the attribute boosts they receive while playing custom tactical vision with accomplished coaches. From this point you can play for as long as you want on custom tactical vision and get the attribute boosts for an accomplished level coach. However, the problem arises the second you quit out of the career. You don't even have to shut down the whole game, just leave the career and re-enter. Upon loading the career, you will still be using the custom tactical vision, assuming you saved the career while using the custom tactical vision. However, now your players will not be getting any attribute boosts despite absolutely nothing changing since the last time you were on the career (tactical vision, sharpness, coach tactical vision knowledge...). Refer to the second picture where the players' overalls are now only getting +1 and +2 at the most while still on custom tactical vision with accomplished level coaches. It seems as though the game either consider you to not have any coaches or that every players' sharpness in now zero despite neither of these being true. The issue remains during and after playing a match. The only method I have found to getting the players' attribute boosts back is to change the tactical vision to something that your coaches are expert knowledge level in, then changing a locked tactic to something different so that the game puts you back into custom tactical vision. Now your players will have the appropriate attribute boosts and your team sheet will look like the picture with +5 and +6 to player overalls again. This is becoming really frustrating because it means that I have got to reset and set up all of my tactics every time I load into my career save.
