CUSTOM TEAMSHEET DISAPPEARING

I Have 3 Teamsheets I have been encountering this for almost a month now, My created Teamsheets are being deleted after a run of games. I have already updated the game on its latest patch but this issue still persist. I HOPE EA will answer this as I HAVE been answer by you in my last 2 reports. Please EA, its sickening to put the effort again and again on the teamsheet just for it to be deleted after a run of games.

    same, mine is doing that and it happens whenever I play a game or go into tactical view or the sim match option and even after I play youth tournaments. What I do that works even though its annoying sometimes is to just exit out of career mode and to the main menu and then just go back in and then its there again
