Cutscene audio glitch

When i’m playing career mode, before a game , I wouldn’t be able cutscene audio and would be quiet. I also have the staff in cutscenes wearing the grey kit like they did in previous games. I want to know if its a glitch or if i have turned off a setting. Its been happening for about 4 days.
