Do players gain new playstyles/traits?

Question

Playstyles are meant to be one of the big new updates especially on ultimate team and they make a lot of difference

But can players gain new ones over time? I have so many younger players that don’t have any and it’s annoying

I’ve played most of a season and I haven’t noticed any new ones appearing even tho I’m holding out hope that they will

surely this isn’t just a feature from ultimate team that they lazily copy pasted to career mode by without properly implementing??

This is symptomatic of EA’s attitude to career mode.

Such a massive feature.

and every single good player has multiple playstyles.

yet you can go an entire season without your youth players having playstyles and you can’t add them.

it’s beyond lazy.

they simply don’t care
