During Playoffs, League Matches = Meaningless

The new League and Playoff system is awful.

So instead of a simple 10 division promotion/relegation system with an optional cup window, we now have a 6 division system, with no relegations,  and then bi/monthly, a Playoff system where you eventually get ranked and "rewarded".

The rewards, btw, are like 300 Volta coins. One, this is dumb and pointless and nobody cares. Two, it's a puny amount of coins anyway. Make it like 500,000 coins or something so we can actually get something decent. Three, who cares if you ended up 8,193rd in your table? Like, seriously, nobody cares. Unless you're one of the top teams in the world, nobody cares.

Beyond that, to get back to the title of this post, the League games become meaningless when the Playoffs are on.

The Playoffs are about every 6 weeks or so. They were to be at the end of the month but afaik they were more spaced out than that, there's only been 3 I think this season so far.

So, wait weeks and weeks for a game mode = bad game design. That's point one.

Next, during the Playoff window, let's say you're not bothered about playoffs and fancy League instead. Let's say you so happen to have a half decent squad together (for a change! Did i mention how utterly toxic and awful 99% of players off public posts are?) And you feel you could get promoted, and thus play tougher opponents.

Well, if playoffs are on, tough ! Because League is halted FOR THE DURATION OF PLAYOFFS (about a week or so(!))

Who thought this was a good idea? Seriously guys. All your blue sky thinking focus grouped brainstorming came up with THIS? 

You only play 10 Playoff games, then that's it.  Most people who play regularly on Pro Clubs will clean these 10 games in one day or maybe 2. EA's idea seems to be that Pro Clubs is a passive game mode and me and my IRL friends have a team we hop on with and play the 10 Playoff games over the whole week they're on, 2 games a night then we all go to bed at 8.30 pm.

I'm sorry to burst this bubble, EA, but thats not hoe Pro clubs players play. That may be the attitude of a FUT spammer who occasionally relents to actually pass the ball in a team game mode once in a blue moon and plays Pro clubs for 2 games before getting bored, but that's not how Pro Clubs players play it. Why don't don't cater to us - the people who actually play it? 

I want to also point out how quaint the idea of you and your IRL friends jumping on Pro Clubs 2 games a night for 4 nights and like scheduling everyone in. People's lives are too complex and busy for this. And 99% of people don't play with their IRL mates. Most people are just making do with randoms off posts. 

This whole Playoff thing is extremely badly thought out. The cup was fine- the game modes were fun (mystery ball etc) and contrary to opinion but I always found cup games, so long as the game itself was the latest FIFA.

EA,go back to the way it was.
