Ea fc 2024 Volta player not the as pro club player

when I load into Volta from pro clubs it’s not my same player that I made in pro clubs name is the same but doesn’t look anything like my pro club player I’ve tried to find how to load it in but can’t seem to find it and my teammates players all loaded in to Volta just fine from pro clubs seems like the points and attributes aren’t the same either.
