Some guys in yt comments wrote that if you change the kit style of your created players (long sleeve/short sleeve) a couple of days before season ends it prevents the players from getting...well cracked up. Didnt try it yet but a lot of people answered that it worked.
Edit: It worked. Change the kit style of your created players (long sleeve/short sleeve) 2-3 days before the season ends. Doesnt matter if its a created player in your team or in another one.
Kinda sad the community needs to come up with a solution for 6 months while the developers ignoring them straight. But I guess gambling in FUT sells better huh?Did you just changed the kit styles and go to next season or save after that? I tried to change all kits of my 23 created players and they some of them still didnt survive the end of season unfortunelly.
Does it work on multiple players from a save?
also, do you think if we play as a player and immediately retire, would our custom players save so they wont be deleted when the season ends?
@ChagassM22 2 days before season ended I saved (in case it shouldnt work) and after the save I changed the kit styles.
I only have 7 created players and they all survived, though a user on a similar thread wrote me he has 70 and only 23 survived.
I dont know if its a percentage chance or if it has to do something with the amount of created players.

@UrielTritton Yesterday, I spent about 6 hours straight trying to see if I noticed any exclusion patterns, and I can say that changing the kit styles helps save them. Unfortunately, there's still a possibility of them being deleted, but sometimes I managed to keep 22 out of 23, for example. Without changing the kit styles, I would lose 8/9 per season
