EA FC 24 Is it possible to transfer the pro clubs XP and skill point progression

EA FC 24, Is it possible to transfer the pro clubs XP and skill point progression between PS4 to PS5? Same like FUT progress crossed from PS4 to PS5.

There is no cross platform progress or transfers.
