Ea FC25 formations and formation adjusts

I am having great difficulty in understanding all the new formations and tactics and the simplicity of the game has gone.

The formations are no longer easy to change and can’t adjust formations yourself which is very frustrating.

is there a plan to fix this?

I feel the same, removing the ability to fine tune the formation yourself is extremely frustrating, and non of the pre-set formations are exactly as I want them, why would they think removing this future is a good idea? Sometimes I'm certain the game designers don't even plat their own game!
