EA should refund career mode players

Dear EA,

The Career mode has been broken since Feb. You have not been able to fix the created player issue. This is not what I paid for. I would like to request a refund. It does not matter if 14 days has passed since the purchase. It is not possible for a person buying a game in Spetember to foresee that you will screw it up with a February update.
