EA SPORTS FC 24 Career mode Bug

There is a bug in EA Sports FC 24 Manager Career Mode. Under Team Strategy ==> Coach Management, when attempting to Release Coach to make up for a new one I get the prompt (see attached picture) but ...

This needs fixed otherwise we are just stuck with the starting coaches for the rest of the club career.
