EAFC 24 cannot change club tactics in clubs

As per the attached screenshot, when I head to change the tactics for our club (in pro clubs). There is no option to do this and the screen shows undefined (I don't know whether it could be some variable which forever reason appeared on screen) and no visible tactics.

Moreover, when I select Edit Tactic, I am able to head over to the screen where I can select a game plan and edit, but this won't be visible in the shown menu, and nothing is saved.

Last but not least, we are also not allowed to change the tactics right before we join a match. That option is also bugged.

We also tried changing managers, however, to no avail.

Kindly provide some details on whether this issue can be fixed.
