EAFC 24 career mode glitch

Has anyone else encountered this glitch? After making it through several seasons of this career mode, this glitched screen started appearing on my team management screen, and I can no longer make any changes.

EA please fix your game...bin trying to play over month now and still this is not fixed...i could play on ps5 version and i have fc 25 but those suck. #community admin. #community manager.
