EAFC 24 Pro Clubs Name Reporting

I’ve put in several reports for teams with racist names for both their clubs and players however, each time the report is met with the response that EA chose not to take any action. The team in question this most recent report, not only had a blatantly racist name but every one of the players was named after an African American who has recently passed away. I understand that not every report will be followed up on however, not a single one of the reports I’ve filed have been followed up on despite me having video proof of the offenders. I’d like any assistance on this matter if possible.
