EAFC 25 CAREER MODE PLAYER MORALE

I'm getting very frustrated with player morale in FC25 career mode, I'm playing my players in 25+ matches each, four of my regular players have submitted transfer requests when they have appeared for pretty much the whole season, its so broken beginning to grind on me, there's nothing i can do, their morale is sky High but they still want to leave.

PLEASE FIX THIS OR REMOVE PLAYER MORALE BECAUSE IT IS RUINING THE GAME
