EAFC have lost two of my save games for career mode, because they save in the cloud rather than on my Xbox?? I have lost 3 seasons worth the first time, and second time I have lost a season and a half. There’s no way for me to contact their support, so I can get help retrieving it from the cloud. What do I do????
Same happened to me i really would like to get some help for that I honestly think they should upgrade their customer support because I notice that people will ask valid questions and will not get an answer when its been a very long time this game has and had a lot of glitches so I hop we could get help by the customer support as it makes the game less fun when we have no way to solve a problem without help from customer service.
