EAFC24 manager career mode game's cuts out at half-time

I will play a game in manager career mode and when it gets to half time all the players are just standing on the pitch and I cant restart the game for the second half. Also when this happens I cant pause the game during the first half. Because of this issue everytime it happens I have to close my game and restart it but it never works because the bug happens again and it has happened all the way from the beta till now.

It has happened on my ps4 and Nintendo switch
