Fc 24 career mode

Whenever I simulate a game using the calendar, quick sim or fully simulating a game I never win

It doesn't matter who I play as or who I'm against 

It is always losses other than an occasional draw

Is there anything I can do to stop this or fix it 

I would appreciate any response
