FC 24 Carrer Mode Captaincy and transfer
Still can’t become a captain in career mode FC24 and why they didn’t remove transfer request and when you’re sold there are no fees between the clubs in the news or transfer window.

I've played every Player Career Mode since FIFA 12 apart from 1-2, and one thing I've always wanted my player to achieve is to become captain. I've played several seasons in each game and have been the standout player, but have been unable to wear the armband.
This could be a major USP for future Player Career Modes that can draw more people into playing the game and mode.
I can’t become captain either, did you find a way?
Hey @Courtsm21, I haven’t no, but it would make an exciting part of the game as you develop your player to the point where he captains your club. This would give a reason for a player to stay at a club for a while so that they can build leadership qualities to the point where they can take and wear the armband for the first time.
If a ‘Become a Captain’ story/aspect is introduced to the mode, this will significantly increase authenticity and popularity for the mode, as players would be able to captain their favourite club.
I just started a new game as the Striker for Derby County and I was given the Captain armband from Game 1. No clue why or how it happened, but it can happen.
Been wondering the same thing. Cannot figure out the right criteria to be named captain. Like 10+ years ago, you could actually earn club captain and national team captain. Would be nice for them to implement that back in.
