FC24 Player Career Mode - record modified(or reset)

I face some crashes in FC24 and have no idea how to solve it

When I playing player career mode, looking at the career summary in FC24's player career mode,

I can see a summary of each season's record, including league ranking, ratings, tournament performance, and number of best player awards so on.

Some issues occurs

I've been playing for 3 seasons in player career mode.
During the second season's play, this phenomenon occurred around the 30th game of cumulative games.

1. The summary has changed unlike the record of scoring and assisting during actual game play.

(Let's assumption, I scored more than 200 goals in a season, but in summary my record modified to 68 goals, and the record of assists was different from the actual one.)

2. in addition, Now I'm playing player carrer mode, but sometimes I receive mail(in game mail) saying that I won the "Director Of The Year Award"
I think some serious crashes occured

As a user playing player career mode, I think it is very important for me to immerse myself in the game that the records of the players I raise are properly recorded and stored

If the record as a player is not stored properly, the player career mode becomes meaningless in the game

I have no reason to play that

I hope this issue will be fixed as soon as possible
