FC24 Player Career Mode Player Development Stops at Level 50

Hello. My question is that why does my player stop developing at level 50?? I play as an AMC and I am now stuck at 86 overall? Is this intentional , a bug or have I done something wrong while develop...

Same here. Is there some sort of setting that has to be changed? Currently playing intermediate, do we need to turn the difficulty up?
