Finding stats for old pro clubs players from previous titles

Hi

I want to get the stats for my pro clubs players over the years from the games listed below. Is this possible? Im on playstation. I cant see to find the old games on PS store as im postivie i bought them digitially. If I or you, have the disc version of these games, can i load up and see my data?
