Up the Riverside! I remember they arrived out of nothing in the early 1990s. They were a modest team on the second tier, then suddenly they were one of the top teams - literally, out of nowhere. And the 1995 title was sensational. Hopefully, you can make history repeat itself: good luck!

As always a very thourough opening post with a lot of information, all time records etc. Love this groundwork, and maybe you'll also find players to challenge a few of these records? I look forward to see your approach on the matter.
A few players, I recognize, are Travis and Gallagher, whom I've scouted numerous times. Travis has quite the stamina rating, if I remember correctly. And then there's Joe Rankin-Costello, whom I believe you've had in a previous save at some point. Don't remember at which club though... Leopold Wahlstedt needs a mention too, being heavily linked with Brøndby this summer. But he changed his mind at the last minute and went to Blackburn in stead, making us target Patrick Pentz from Leverkusen in stead on a loan (I only knew Pentz from playing with Austria in FIFA 23 CM). That guy has been top class though, so I suppose there's no reason to hold grudges towards Wahlstedt anymore.
Sacking Jon Dahl Tomasson is a blow for me though. I was looking forward to see another Danish Premier League manager, and you took that away from me... Joke aside, I'm curious about what you'll do with the manager position now. A "The Manager" option, or something else maybe? Good luck mate.

You have a better memory than me for my own Careers. The name of Joe Rankin-Costello sounds familiar to me so maybe that's why, but have to have a dig around and see if can work out from which past career.
I don't usually go with "real" managers, dunno why so either I use my generic online gaming name Marcus Spencer or just refer to them as The Manager. Usually the latter as I tend to make the story about the club not Manager unless it's a journeyman career.
I've actually already made a mistake amoung the results looked at Carabao Cup fixture wrong and had Blackburn lose 1st round (couldn't be bothered to replay that and a league match had already played before realising mistake) but they actually still in the competition and even had an 8-0 win in the 2nd round. What I'll do is include the real life Scorers within my stat records as matching the goalscorers also for the first 10 games in the league

That was a crazy time for Blackburn and was a shame they couldn't maintain it financially, buying Premier League Titles before it was cool.
They final day of that season was crazy, couldn't believe Liverpool did everything they could to hand the title to Man United, genuinely expected them to rollover and take a loss
