Game crashes every time I load the save

hey!

so i'm basically locked out of my career mode save right now. every time i try to load my manager career save, the game crashes and i am sent back to the Xbox home. I have tried re-downloading the game, deleting save data, restarting console etc. nothing seems to work :/

anybody have a fix for this??
