Game crashes in Career Mode

When i start a new Career Mode with some self-created Players the Game crashes after a couple of seasons and it's not possible to get it back working. The Career Mode is basically unplayable at this point. How can i fix this issue?

    The same thing happens to me. After Season 2, around 10 days in, the screen freezes (and the day simulation stops) for a second, the music stops, then I get a black screen, and it crashes to the Windows interface. How can I fix this and recover my career?
