Game crashes when I try to load my career mode

Everyone time i try to load my main career mode my game crashes. It only happens with this one career mode, all my other ones load just fine.

If this happens only with one specific career mode save, that could mean the save is corrupt. Have you tried creating a new save to see if that works?
