GamePlay Feels Heavy and responsive is slow

I'm having troubles ever since the last Patch Note Update the whole game play just seems so unresponsive like on UT my players feel heavy when turning and take longer than they should be do anything and same goes for on Pro Clubs fix your dam * but don't break it n make it worse than you do
