Getting sacked in manager mode

I have done two career modes with Liverpool where I have been 35/36 games in and been sacked for not winning the treble. During both these careers I’ve been either unbeaten in the first season and top by 18 points or one loss out of 36 games in the second and top by 16 points. In both careers I was sacked after being eliminated in both the FA Cup and the UCL and I find it so unrealistic that not winning the treble means you get sacked by big teams. In another career with Bolton I was sacked despite being second in the league with two games to go. It’s a joke

    Put this in another post, but I was sacked as crawley manager. When I took them over they were basically avoid relegation. I got them promoted and semi-final in the cup. So, the League two team got that far in the cup and was straight promoted and they sacked me. It made no sense as this just would not happen. 

    I also had a half decent youth team as well. They sacked me and then the following season finished mid/top of table proving that the team I created must have been decent. It made no sense at the time and they moaned at the end of the season saying It was not the season they hoped for. Goodness knows what they wanted, but said they would give me another chance. They then sacked me between the email and the next season starting. I had not played a game

    I just joined Plymouth and was top of the league by 8 points and because Arsenal beat me in the round of 16 of the FA cup, the game sacked me. I won the league and because I lost to an infinitely better team, I get sacked?
