Glitch not allowing changing kits or badge

I’ve posted this question before but maybe someone knows something more now….

Every time my club goes to customize our kits or badge, once we do so and back out, we get the prompt that we have been disconnected from the servers even though we werent. It then means we can’t change our kits at all since it never saves.

What can we do to fix this?
