Goalkeeper career mode

Sorry if its bad written but english is not my first language BUT im doing a goalkeeper career mode on the PS5 and idk if these are bugs but it makes everything unrealistic and is not fun to play..

-First thing when im playing highlights instead of a full game i only get penalty's against me no attacking from the midfield or anything only penalty's every single game

-Second thing during the international friendly games i ALWAYS have to play against Qatar no other countries

-Third thing during those penalty's the keeper only dives low it can do a high save which is stupid

-Fourth thing the challenges you have to do to earn a new contract are just weird like (Win player of the year) and (win player of the month 6 times) and my last season at Arsenal before making the transfer to FC Barcelona it had (make 35 diving saves) which if you play goalkeeper career mode you should now its hard to get that

SO my question is are these bugs or did EA just make it that way?
